Our refund and cancellation rules are part of our Terms & Conditions, which is the single authoritative document. This page is a short summary and signpost.

Digital products — plugins, credits and app access

Digital content is delivered immediately at checkout with your express consent, which ends the 14-day cancellation right at the moment of supply. Every paid plugin has a free demo so you can test it fully before buying. Faulty or misdescribed products are always put right — repair, replacement or refund as the law requires. Studio services — mixing and mastering

Mixing and mastering are bespoke services quoted individually. Cancellation, cooling-off and what happens once work has begun are set out in the Terms: Cancelling a Studio Services project.

Always refunded

Double charges, accidental duplicate purchases, and anything we could never deliver in working form — see Refunds in the Terms.

Payment disputes

If something has gone wrong, email us first — almost every problem is resolved faster by email than through a card dispute. See Chargebacks in the Terms.

Your legal rights

Nothing on this page or in our Terms affects your statutory rights. If you are in the UK you can get free advice from Citizens Advice.

How to ask for a refund

There is no automatic or self-service refund process. If you believe you have a valid reason to request a refund, please email us at mgmt@deadquiet.studio with your order number and a clear explanation of the reason for your request. Every request is reviewed manually on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not automatic.

This process does not affect any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded. Faulty or misdescribed products will always be dealt with as required by law.

Agreed refunds are processed within 14 days, to the original payment method only.
